Pitter patter went the rain when we started our races. We heard the whistle blow and we were off running as fast as we could. We went speeding around the corners and over the hay bales. We were like bullets taking off. Our hearts were pounding like a drum. We heard the crowd cheering wildly as we approached the finish line, we were speechless because of what we had conquered. Lots of us had achieved our goals and we felt we had succeeded. At the end of the day we were all proud of ourselves and went home feeling fantastic! The people who made it into the top ten can't wait until next Tuesday to compete against other schools.
